# Bring Problems Pay to your room.

Keynotes, workshops and bulk copies for companies, conferences, men's groups and founder communities, from Robert Nikic, TEDx speaker and author of Problems Pay.

KEYNOTES

## Four talks, one method.

Watch Robert's TEDx talk and past interviews on [robertnikic.com/media](https://robertnikic.com/media).

KEYNOTE 01

### Problems Pay

THE SIX-MOVE METHOD

Every problem has a price, and every problem pays. The keynote version of the book: the four ways people meet a problem, the six moves, and how to collect instead of carry.

KEYNOTE 02

### Nobody Is Coming

OWNERSHIP FOR TEAMS

Why waiting is comfort in disguise, how to tell help from helpless, and what changes when a team stops waiting to be rescued.

KEYNOTE 03

### Stand Where the Information Is

LEADERSHIP ON THE FLOOR

Why leaders lose touch, the sixty seconds that beat any report, and how to make decisions from where the problem actually happens.

KEYNOTE 04

### It's Not the Capital. It's the Rails.

SMALL BUSINESS AND SDG 8 & 9

Getting paid faster, credit judged on sales data, selling across borders, simpler registration and second chances.

WORKSHOP

## Problems Pay for Teams.

A working session, not a lecture. Teams leave with problems priced and first moves assigned.

1. 01Day One Map for the team: every problem anyone can see, in one place.
2. 02Say it out loud: the one thing nobody in the room is saying.
3. 03Price it: a one-year price on the top problems. Fix, or walk.
4. 04The smallest move: three steps each, the first one due today.

BULK ORDERS

## A copy for every man at the table.

For teams, companies, events and Kitchen Table circles. Bulk pricing and signed copies will be available once the book is out.
