RULE 10 OF 13 · PART 3: THE RESPONSE
Lift the fire blanket.
Bring hidden problems into the light on your schedule, before they burn the house down on theirs.
WHERE YOU ARE · SHARPENING MOVE 1: SAY "GOOD."
Everything has a problem.

If you can't see it, that doesn't mean it isn't there. It means something is covering it. Throw a blanket over a fire and the flames disappear, but the heat is still under there.
A lot of the problems in your life are under a blanket like that. They're quiet. They're not out. So when you can't see the problem and can't hear it, lift the blanket on purpose, calmly, while you still have a say in how it burns.
This isn't drama for its own sake. Chapter 10 is clear about what lifting the blanket is and what it isn't, where the limits are, and why it isn't manipulation.
THE RULE, AGAIN
Every problem has a price, and every problem pays.
NOBODY GETS TO NOT PAY. YOU ONLY GET TO CHOOSE THE COLUMN.
SAY IT OUT LOUD
The line I won't cross is staying in a situation without understanding.
Name the one thing no one around you is saying. At work, at home, in your own head. Bring it up this week, calmly, as a question, and let it be heard.
THE NEXT MOVE
The full chapter is in the book.
The stories, the objections and the teaching behind Rule 10 are in Chapter 10 of Problems Pay.
